Le 180 - 18 Place Jean Epinat - Vichy

Excellent séjour, nous recommandons chaudement. Positive: Logement très bien situé, spacieux ; grand parking gratuit et ombragé bien commode. Nous avons profité de la terrasse, apprécié l'équipement plutôt exhaustif (un vrai four notamment), la décoration épurée et à notre goût, la propreté des lieux, la salle de bains avec fenêtre. Negative: Tout petit bémol, il serait souhaitable d'améliorer l'éclairage pour la lecture dans la chambre.

Great location for exploring Vichy and coming back to a spacious, comfy home. Positive: Excellent location with easy parking on Place Jean Epinat (300 cost free spaces) right in front of the house. All Vichy attractions within easy walking distance. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. Negative: The one and only bathroom can only be reached through one of the two bedrooms. If you are not travelling with family, this might pose a serious problem. One of the pipes in the kitchen is leaking.

Lovely place to enjoy Vichy Positive: Loved the size and the comfort. Really nice to have a separate living room. Negative: The en suite is the only w/c and you can clearly hear people moving around in the flat upstairs.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix Positive: Ce Logement ne correspond pas aux attentes d’une location de ce prix là. Certes, la déco et l’agencement sont sympas, les pièces sont grandes mais… Negative: Il n’y a aucune insonorisation. Cet immeuble n’est pas fait pour accueillir des gens de passage. Les planchers des appartements sont tous en bois, ce qui est charmant, mais sans aucune isolation c’est un bruit constant pour les résidents. Nos voisins du dessus sont arrivés à minuit, se sont couchés à 00h45 et partis à 7h30 : le plancher grince à chaque pas, quel vacarme ! Le confort c’est de pouvoir se reposer lorsqu’on en a besoin, et là votre repos dépend du rythme de vos voisins … De plus, dans le quartier , ça zone un peu. Musique à fond et repas pris sur l’appui de fenêtres d’un logement voisin, à pas d’heure . Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.
