Families with little children ( below 2) avoid this place Positive: Probably the best thing about this place was the location, close to the city center and also possibility to park and charge e-vehicle. The parking does not belong to the appartment though, it is a public parking. Negative: The appartment we had is very old, in an old building with an old building smell.No ac, but also no fan ....we most probably had 30°C in the appartment. Additionally, we've requested a cot which was available but was not installed by the staff and also no linen were provided. The appartment was not vaccumed when we arrived and we had spiders in there ( at least we could not say that no one was there to greet us). Also no baby chair was available ....the bedsin the rooms are very small ...probably 140x190, and extremly inconfortable. The communication was not very good as when we explained the issues, no one came to sort out the problems. I would definitively not recommend this place for families with small children. Not to mention that when you leave, they expect that you take down the bed linen, take out the trash, wash the dishes ....

Positive: Emplacement Confort de la literie Negative: Cuisine très petite difficile de manger à quatre. Le salon n'a qu'un canapé 2 places. Appartement bien pour 2 personnes ou un couple avec enfants mais Trop étroit à 4 personnes.

Séjour pratique Positive: 2 chambres avec double lits Possibilité de cuisiner Negative: Le bruit provenant de l’étage du dessus à cause du parquet- très gênant le soir Les poêles et casseroles étaient sans manche Le quartier isolé, peu vivant Le salon ne ressemble pas à la photo de présentation
